Abiqua Falls drops 92-101 feet into a basalt amphitheater on Abiqua Creek, deep in the Santiam State Forest foothills. Access is on private land via an easement agreement, and the final descent involves rope-assisted scrambling — making this one of Oregon's harder-earned waterfall views. Best after spring snowmelt or autumn rain; thin in summer.

Abiqua Falls sits in Marion County, Oregon. It drops along Abiqua Creek. The base sits at roughly 1,387 feet of elevation. Drive time is about 15 minutes from Lyons. A trail — Abiqua Falls Trail — runs within 50 meters of the marked location. It draws modest visitor attention — busier weekends, quiet weekdays. Source records come from OpenStreetMap and USGS GNIS and wikipedia:Abiqua_Falls.

Entry is free. Dogs are not allowed on the access trail or at the falls. Parking: Crooked Finger OHV Area at the end of Crooked Finger Rd. The road in is rough gravel; the parking area itself is informal.. Swimming is generally OK — There is a plunge pool at the base, but it is shallow, cold year-round, and surrounded by basalt boulders. Swimming is at your own risk and there is no rescue presence on-site. Best viewing window: 3 through 11.
