Cherry Creek Falls is a 25-foot waterfall on Cherry Creek east of Duvall, reached by a 4.9-mile out-and-back through old logging roads and private property easements. The trail has multiple unmarked branches and a few creek crossings, so it is harder to find than to hike. The plunge pool is a summer swimming hole; the half-mile of private easement at the start is the reason this trail still exists, so behave accordingly.
The trail
4.9 miles each way, rated moderate with 300 feet of elevation gain. Designated lot off NE Cherry Valley Rd (not on Mountain View Rd). Free.
