Diamond Creek Falls is a 90-foot fan-shaped waterfall on Diamond Creek in the Willamette National Forest, reached from the Salt Creek Falls trailhead via a 3.2-mile loop. Most visitors do the combo: hit Diamond Creek (90 ft) and Salt Creek (286 ft) in the same outing, which is what the trail is built for. Higher-elevation trail — snow blocks access November through May.

Diamond Creek Falls is a waterfall formed along Gibson Canyon on the north end of Willamette National Forest, east side of the city of Oakridge in Lane County, Oregon. Access to Diamond Creek Falls is located along Oregon Route 58 through trail paths that lead down to the stream and the base of the waterfall.
