Dougan Falls is a wide 19-foot block waterfall on the Washougal River — the final major falls before the river opens out, and one of the best-known summer swimming holes in southwest Washington. The Washougal here is over 100 feet wide; the deep pool at the base is the draw, with cliff-jumping (risky) from the rocks above and a sandy beach below the bridge. Discover Pass required.
